The Mediterranean Cooking Congress is an international event, created as a territorial marketing strategy in 2014 by the company By Tourist. It is a traveling festival along the Mediterranean coasts.
Our goal? Creating space and tools for healthy and responsible communication that fosters critical thinking in new generations, raising awareness among producers, processors, distributors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and final consumers toward responsible and conscious attitudes in favor of the Mediterranean, from sea to land.

The Mediterranean Cooking Congress returns in April 2026 — a traveling event along the Mediterranean coasts, created by By Tourist with a mission to inform, promote, and protect the region’s key environmental resources.

The 2026 edition will focus on Water and Citrus Fruits, with Stabia and the Sorrento Peninsula taking center stage.
